Section 1(a) in Instructions for The Administration of The Indian Boilers Act, 1923
(a)The Chief Inspector shall work under the administrative control of the Labour Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh and shall submit to him-(i)an annual report on the administration of the Act;(ii)such other reports and returns as may be called for.
