Section 18(1) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(1)The Board of Governors shall consist of-(a)the Chancellor, who shall be the Chairperson thereof;(b)the Vice-Chancellor who shall be the Member-Secretary;(c)three persons nominated by the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan;(d)Secretary to the State Government in the Viklang Kalyan Department or his nominee not below the rank of Special Secretary to the State Government; and(e)one academician nominated by the University Grants Commission.
