Section 32(1) in The Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, a Transit Hostel Pool shall be maintained exclusively for allotment of accommodation to officers, who join as Deputy Secretary or Director under the Central Staffing Scheme.
