Section 23(1) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969
(1)All questions which may come before a meeting of the Board shall unless otherwise provided in this Act or in the rules or regulations made thereunder, be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting.
