Section 56 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
56. Re-commencing of counting after fresh poll.
(1)If a fresh poll is held under rule 49 the presiding officer shall after completing of that poll commence the counting of votes immediately.(2)The provisions of rules 51 and 55 shall apply so far as may be to such further counting.
