Section 7(4) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Carriage and Ticket) Rules, 2011
(4)Contactless Smart Token:(i)Contactless Smart Tokens shall be used for single journey only.(ii)the value of contactless smart token shall be as per the fare specified in the fare table published by the Bangalore Metro Railway administration from time to time;(iii)fare paid shall be encoded on the token and its validity shall be for one day.(iv)Contactless Smart Tokens shall be captured at the exit gate on completion of journey.
