Section 28A(1) in Karnataka Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 1963
(1)There shall be a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-(i)The Vice-Chancellor, Ex-officio Chairman;(ii)Two persons nominated by the Board from amongst its members;(iii)The Secretary to the Government of Karnataka, Agriculture and Horticulture Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Joint Secretary;(iv)The Secretary to the Government of Karnataka, Finance Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Joint Secretary.The Comptroller of the University shall be the Ex-officio, Secretary of the Committee;
