Section 21(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)The Dean of each Faculty shall be responsible for organization, administration and conducting teaching, research and extension education, lower education administration of farms, research centres, hospitals, diagnostic centres, etc. under his jurisdiction.
