Mr. Subir Sanyal, learned Advocate appearing for some of the private respondents in WPA 12266 of 2021 and WPA 18585 of 2021 submits that by virtue of the order dated July 24, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition 37 (Civil) Diary No (s).26016/2023 the operation of the impugned judgment and order of the Division Bench passed in the appeal carried against the order of the Learned Single Judge directing termination of service and stoppage of salary was stayed.
Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the writ petitioners submits that, hearing of the writ petition was not stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by the order dated July 24, 2023.
We find substance in the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. The Hon'ble Supreme Court did not stay the hearing of the two writ petitions spoken of.
We heard Mr. Jayanta Kumar Mitra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the successful candidates in respect of Classes IX and X. On his conclusion, we are hearing Mr. L.K.
