Section 22(2) in The Punjab Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(2)The Canteen Managing Committee shall consist of an equal number of persons nominated by the employer and elected by the motor transport workers. The number of elected workers shall be in the proportion of one for every 100 workers employed in the undertaking :Provided that in no case shall there be more than five or less than two motor transport workers on the Committee.
