(1)The Government may assign to a Taluka Panchayat functions in relation to any matters to which the executive authority of the Government extends.(2)The Government may, by notification, withdraw or modify the functions assigned under this section.(3)The Zilla Panchayat may, by order, assign to Taluka Panchayat any functions relating to any matters to which the executive authority of the Zilla Panchayat extends.
