Section 25(1) in Rajasthan Rural Development and Panchayati Raj State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1998
(1)No male candidate who has more than one wife living shall be eligible for appointment to the Service unless the Government, after being satisfied that there are special grounds permissible under personal law for doing so, exempt any candidate from the operation of this Rule.
