22. Infrastructure cess, user charges and fees.
(1)The Government may levy infrastructure cess at such rates and for such period, as may be prescribed in the rules.(2)The Board may levy user charges on the users of the infrastructure facility and fees for the services rendered, at such rates, as may be prescribed in the rules.
