(1)These rules may be called the "Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reform (Transfer Scheme) Rules, 1999".(2)These rules extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh and also to assets, liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel of the Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board, which are existing outside the State.(3)These rules shall come into force on their publication in the Official Gazette.
