Section 8(1) in Standards of Quality of Service of Basic Telephone Service (Wireline) and Cellular Mobile Telephone Service Regulations, 2009
(1)Every service provider shall maintain documented process of collection of data for each Quality of Service parameter specified by the Authority in regulation 3, regulation 4, regulation 5 and regulation 6 and submit to the Authority, within sixty days of notification of these regulations, the documented process of collection of data of each Quality of Service parameter, indicating the correlation with the primary data which are derived from system counters or codes in Operation and Maintenance Centre or Network Management System or Mobile Switching Centre or telephone exchange, along with record keeping procedure.
