Section 5(2) in The Rajasthan Ministers' (Travelling Allowances and Use and Maintenance of Conveyance) Rules, 1974
(2)The conveyance shall be maintained by the State Government and the maintenance charges shall include all day to day running expenses and the pay and allowances of chauffeur.
