JUSTICE S.N. AGGARWAL, PRESIDENT Submits that execution application has been dismissed by the District Forum, Barnala vide order dated 23.4.2010 as fully satisfied without imposing any cost for which, petitioners reserve their rights.
Since execution application has been disposed of by the District Forum, Barnala, therefore, this revision petition has also become as infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
The District Forum should issue notice to the judgment debtors only after satisfying itself about the non-compliance of the main order.
