Section 9(1)(a) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994

(a)All constituent colleges and affiliated Degree Colleges under the Universities of Bihar shall allocate Teaching and Non-teaching Staff to the Intermediate Section of their institution under the provision of their respective University Acts.
