Section 65(1) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(1)Such members of the Boards may be prescribed shall constitute a Committee (which shall be called the "Tehsil Committee") to assist the Board in the administration of the affairs of the Tehsil, and shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be delegated to them by the Board.
