Section 18(1) in U.P. Zila Panchayats (Election of Adhyaksha and UP-Adhyaksha and Settlement of Election Disputes) Rules, 1994
(1)Ballot papers to be used at the election shall be in Form VII and the names of the duly nominated candidates shall be given therein in Hindi in the order in which they appear in the list of valid nominations published under Rule 12.
