193. Types of Private Sector Participation Agreements.
(1)Private sector participation agreements shall be such as may be prescribed.(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this section, such agreements may include the following:(a)Build-Operate-Transfer Contract,(b)Lease Contract,(c)Management Contract,(d)Service Contract,(e)Concession contract, and(f)Any other variants of the above contracts.
