(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this section, such agreements may include the following:(a)Build-Operate-Transfer Contract,(b)Lease Contract,(c)Management Contract,(d)Service Contract,(e)Concession contract, and(f)Any other variants of the above contracts.
