Section 11(a) in The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970
(a)Authorities of a corresponding University(i)Board;(ii)Academic Council;(iii)Board of Studies; and(iv)Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
