Section 2 in The Foreign Trade (Exemption From Application Of Rules In Certain Cases) Order,1993
2. Definitions.
-In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,(a)"Act", means the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992);(b)"Import Trade Regulations", means the Act and the rules and order made thereunder and the export and import policy;(c)"Rules", means the Foreign Trade (Regulation) Rules, 1993;(d)Words and expressions used in this Order and not defined, but defined in the Act shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
