Section 45(1) in U.P. State Co-operative Societies Election Rules, 2014
(1)Immediately after the declaration of the result of the members of the committee of management of the Co-operative Society concern, the election of the Chairman/Vice-Chairman and delegates to be sent to the other societies shall be conducted under specified instructions and specified date, its complete procedure shall be such as provided under the above mentioned rules.
