Section 9(1) in Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure (Transparency through Judicial Preview) Act, 2019
(1)No suit, claim or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the staff or representatives of the Government in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under the Act or any Rules or Regulations or orders made thereunder.
