9. Protection of Action Taken In Good Faith.
(1)No suit, claim or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the staff or representatives of the Government in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under the Act or any Rules or Regulations or orders made thereunder.(2)It shall be open to Hon'ble Judge to devise an appropriate procedure or mechanism to deal with scurrilous or malicious attempts to obstruct the process of preview, and thereafter.
