Section 58(2) in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
(2)The statement of accounts shall be published at the cost of the Board in the Official Gazette and printed copies thereof shall be put on sale at a price to be fixed by the Board not exceeding rupees five per copy.
