93. Signals.
(1)All necessary signals may be made by vessels by using the International Code of Signals and they shall be acknowledged by the answering pendant being hoisted at the signal station masthead.(2)Communication by the Morse and Semaphore Codes may be made to the Port Signal Station, using flag 7' during the day and flashing '1 at short intervals at night to call up station.
