(15)Working capital for retail supply of electricity shall consist of(a)Receivables for two months of revenue from sale of electricity;(b)Less: Power purchase costs for one month;(c)Less: Transmission charges for one month; and(d)Less: Wheeling charges for two month.Depreciation
