7. Appointment of members of staff of Board and conditions of their service.
(1)The Board may appoint such members of the staff as it may consider necessary, [Subject to prior approval of Government in the Finance Department.] [Added by Assam Act 27 of 1971, dated 17.12.1971.](2)The remuneration, allowances and other conditions of service of the members of the staff of the Board shall be such as may be determined by the Board.
