Section 6(i) in M.P. Nagar Vikas Nidhi Niyam, 2001
(i)The amount of entry tax to be paid from lime to lime by the State Government from the consolidated fund of the State to compensate the loss caused as a result of abolition of toll tax shall be transferred every year in the financial year as per budget provision;
