Section 19(ii) in The Punjab Animal Contagious Diseases Rules, 1953
(ii)The fee for vaccination and marking of animals at the inter-provincial quarantine stations shall by Re. 1 per animal. All such fee will be recovered from the owner of the animal and creditable under head "XXX - Veterinary - Other Receipts".
