Section 29(4) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(4)The following shall be the functions of the Finance Committee: -(a)Preparation of annual estimates of the Council;(b)Scrutiny of the Budget of the Institution in the prescribed manner;(c)Work relating to maintenance of Budget of Council and different Institutions;(d)Discharge of such other functions of financial form as may be entrusted from time to time by the Council; and(e)To advise the Council on problems affecting the Finance of the Council.
