(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Anti-Hijacking Act, 2016 (30 of 2016);(b)"Designated Court" means the Court specified under section 8 of the Anti-Hijacking Act, 2016;(c)"Special Court" means the Special Court constituted under section 11 or under section 22 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, as the case may be.(2)The words and expressions used in these rules and not defined, but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
