76. Constitution of committees.
- A1l the authorities of the University shall have the power to appoint committees / sub-committees and to delegate to them such of their powers as they deem fit; such committees shall, unless there be some special provision in this Act to the contrary, consist of such members of the authority concerned and of such other persons, if any, as the authority in each case may think fit.
