(3)Where in any case—(i)the list referred to in sub-rule (1) is received from the Central Government, or(ii)the arms or ammunition imported into, or intended to be despatched from India do not correspond with the description given in such list, the authorities concerned shall not allow the consignment to be despatched to Nepal and shall forthwith inform the Central Government.
