Section 16(2) in The Gujarat Khadi and Village Industries Act, 2006
(2)The programme shall contain-(a)the particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year;(b)the particulars of any work undertaken which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; and(c)such other particulars as may be prescribed.
