Section 16 in The Gujarat Khadi and Village Industries Act, 2006
16. Preparation and submission of annual Programme.
(1)The Board shall, once in every year, prepare annual programme of work in such form and at such time of the year as may be prescribed and submit the same to the State Government for approval.(2)The programme shall contain-(a)the particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year;(b)the particulars of any work undertaken which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; and(c)such other particulars as may be prescribed.
