Section 4(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(1)The Member-Secretary shall, with the approval of the Chairman of the Board, issue notices to convene meetings of the Board and keep the record of minutes and shall take necessary steps for carrying out the decisions of the Board.
