Section 1 in Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Imbalance Management Services) Regulations, 2016
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Imbalance Management Services) Regulations, 2016.(2)These regulations shall remain applicable till 31st March, [2020] [Substituted '2018' by Notification No. F.No.PNGRB/M(C)/48, dated 23.3.2018 (w.e.f. 29.4.2016).].(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
