Section 16(1) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008
(1)A candidate who gets admission shall have to pay such fees, as may be determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee constituted under section 9 of the Act, for unaided colleges or institutions, at such stages, as may be determined by the Admission Committee.
