Section 109(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)A distribution licensee shall make a petition for determination of wheeling charges and retail tariff complying with the provisions of Part II of these Regulations.
