Section 12(1) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(1)The Registrar shall receive a salary in the scale of Rs. 2100-75-2400-100-2500-125/2-2875 per month or in a special case, where the circumstances so justify and/or when the person is already in employment or retired, such other higher pay and allowances as may be determined in consultation with the State Government or Parent Body.
