3. Posts in the Service and their scales of pay.
(1)The Service shall comprise the posts shown in Appendix A to the rules.(2)The number of posts shall be as specified in Appendix B to these rules and the category of posts and scales of pay attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns 2 and 3 of Appendix A to these rules :Provided that the Government may, from time to time, make addition to or reduction in the cadre of the Service and the pay-scales whether permanently or temporarily.
