20. Inspection of register and supply of copies of entries.
(1)The register maintained by a registrar shall, on application made in this behalf and on payment of fee specified in Schedule II, be open to inspection during office hours by any person.(2)A certified copy of any entry in a register may be granted by the registrar to any person on application made in that behalf and on payment of fee specified in Schedule II.
