(1)There shall be a State Epidemic Control Authority with the following composition-1. Chief Minister — Chairman2. Minister, Medical and Health—Vice -Chairman3. Chief Secretary —Convener4. Director General of Police - Member5. Principal Secretary (Home) — Member6. Principal Secretary (Health) - Member Secretary7. Principal Secretary (Finance) - Member8. Relief Commissioner - Member9. Director General Medical and Health - Member
