Section 35(1) in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Act, 1990
(1)In making ordinances, the Syndicate shall consult;-(i)the Boards of Studies when such ordinances affect the appoints and duties of examiners; and(ii)the Standing Committee on Academic Affairs when they affect the conduct or standard of examinations, or the conditions of residence of students.
