10. Transfer of employees to the Cluster University.
(1)All officers and other employees of the Himachal Pradesh University holding office as such immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall, on such commencement be allowed to exercise an option for taking over their services by the Cluster University. Such options may be accepted by the Cluster University, keeping in view its requirement.(2)The existing rights and service conditions of such employees who opt for service in the Cluster University shall be protected. Any service rendered by any such officer or employee in the Himachal Pradesh University before transfer of services to the Cluster University shall be deemed to be service rendered in the Cluster University :Provided that in the event of any dispute or difficulty in the matter of implementation of the provisions of this section, the matter shall be referred to the Government, whose decision shall be final.
