Section 10(1) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)All officers and other employees of the Himachal Pradesh University holding office as such immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall, on such commencement be allowed to exercise an option for taking over their services by the Cluster University. Such options may be accepted by the Cluster University, keeping in view its requirement.
